Hi, I’m Tracy. This blog is inspired by a lifetime of living with and learning from cats, from playful kittens to dignified seniors. Over the years I’ve dealt with fussy eaters, made the switch to raw feeding, solved litter box problems and embraced the joys and challenges of life with multiple cats. My cats have been my greatest teachers. They’ve shown me firsthand how the right diet, environment, and understanding of behaviour can transform a cat’s wellbeing.

Today I share my home with Charlie, Max, Ava, and Amber. You’ll see them on the blog from time to time, but mostly they’re behind the scenes, inspiring what I write.
They remind me every day that a cat’s wellbeing isn’t just about good food and basic care. It’s also about understanding their behaviour and creating a home where they feel healthy, happy, and secure. Enrichment activities that let cats climb, scratch, hunt, and explore, are every bit as important as love.
